OUR MISSION

My name is Manny Silveira, and I am a seasoned Strength and Conditioning coach with a wealth of experience in professional sports. My career has encompassed international competitions and Division 1 American Football, providing me with a diverse and comprehensive understanding of athletic performance.

My journey into the world of Strength and Conditioning began at the age of 13, inspired by my rugby coach who introduced me to the discipline. The following year, I immersed myself in a high school class called “Work Experience,” where I shadowed my coach in his daily activities. This early exposure ignited a deep passion within me for the field, as I learned to craft training programs and grasped the fundamental principles essential for enhancing athletic performance.

My mission is to foster a holistic approach to training and coaching. I ground every method I employ in practical science, ensuring we explore every avenue to maximize performance. I am dedicated to tailoring each session to meet the specific athletic and situational needs of my athletes. Whether an athlete is operating at 100% or 50%, our practical approach adapts to optimise their performance. We strive to elevate each athlete to their highest potential and support their journey to the next level of their performance.

Beyond building exceptional athletic standards, we are committed to developing well-rounded individuals. Our programs focus not only on physical excellence but also on character building and personal growth. We dedicate time to help our athletes become the best versions of themselves outside the gym and field, fostering their development as functional and contributing members of society. We believe in the power of sports to instill discipline, resilience, and integrity, qualities that are essential for success in all areas of life.


I obtained a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning from Abertay University.

I hold accreditations from:

International University Strength and Conditioning Association

Italian Strength and Conditioning Society

As well as working towards further qualifications and keeping up with the latest research articles to provide my athletes with the best practical science.

Foundation

You receive a customised program tailored to your specific performance goals. Choose from three distinct objectives:

Performance

You receive a personalised program designed to meet your specific performance needs. This tailored plan is developed in consultation with a coach and is adaptable to ensure you achieve your goals. Additionally, you benefit from monthly check-ins with your coach.

You also gain access to our comprehensive monthly reports, providing valuable insights into your progress.

We offer guidance on optimising nutrition, sleep, and mental performance to support a holistic approach to your training and overall well-being.

Elite

All included in Performance plan, but you gain access to your coach daily, correction videos, and further benefits.

Furthermore, reports are made to detail your performance. Having access to dash boards and in-depth questionairs provides you with a deeper knowledge of how you are progressing.

This tier provides the option of video calling with your coach and attending a 1-2-1 session style workout (remotely).

How to get started

To get started, you can schedule a free consultation with one of our coaches at a time and date that best suits you. During this session, you and the coach will explore all available options and tiers to determine the best fit for your performance goals. You'll also discuss the optimal start date for your programme!
